    Reporting Tips

    1. Ensure you have as much information as possible prior to comleting the incident report form.
    2. If possible, take photos of the violation(s) from several angles and distances. Having several photos will enable the proper committee or board member to respond appropriately to the violation.
    3. Please include as much unbiased detail as possible in the large text box area of the Report a Violation Form.
    4. If more than one homeowner witnessed the violation then also include their name(s) and contact information (if available) in the large text block of the form immediately following the details of the violation being reported.
    5. If you’ve witnessed more than one HOA violation and the violations pertain to one of the HOA committees then put detail for all violations in one form submission. However, if you witness multiple violations that should be addressed by more than one committee, i.e. pool committee and social committee, then please fill out a separate violation form for each incident. Separating reports will enable people from each impacted committee to respond appropriately.
