Wow! What a HOT Summer! So nice to have had the neighborhood pool to cool down! The pool is officially closed and the bathrooms have been winterized for the season. This will help keep the cost of the utilities and supplies down. Be on the lookout for a website/Facebook group beginning of the year in 2019!
The time is approaching when the Developer will be turning control over to the HOA. Maples Properties, LLC, has been brought on board to assist with preparing the monthly financials, collecting HOA dues, sending violation letters, etc. In an effort to keep Copper Leaf the elite subdivision that it is and to prepare for the changeover, volunteers have signed up for the following committees:
- Landscape
- Architectural
- Violations
- Budget/Finance
- Social/Welcome
- Pool ****STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS****
ALL Committees will be reporting to the board on a regular basis. Please keep in mind that additional volunteers are welcome to join any committee.
Common Violations:
- Trash cans are not allowed to be left in plain sight (Article 4.28)
- NO treehouse or playground equipment (Article 4.31)
- Fence specifications must meet all the criteria in Article 4.15. All fences shall be stained a color of wood, subject to the approval of the Architectural Committee as well. MUST BE APPROVED. (Article 4.15)
- Garages shall be in a neat and orderly condition. Garage doors shall be kept closed (Article 4.8)
- Parking in the street is used as a last resort for GUESTS not homeowners (Article 4.27)
**Keep in mind anybody can report a violation; a picture will be requested for proof of violation–Unresolved violations could result in a fine and a lien being placed against the property**
