HOA Committees

Volunteer Now!

Copper Leaf HOA needs volunteers for committees!  Please complete the committee interest form if you want to serve on a committee. Filling these positions as we transition to a self-governing association is paramount.
  • CCR Committee—Monitor the external appearance, use, and upkeep of the Community and enforce the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and regulations. The committee notifies the Management Company of violations (including pictures and an address). The Management Company, in turn, notifies the homeowner of the violation and can add fines and/or liens on the property for non-compliance. Contact Richard Wu at 417-229-3420 for more information.

  • Landscape Committee—Liaison between the Community and Board and/or Developer.  Committee notifies the Management Company regarding issues in a common area. Gives the Board updates and feedback on the quality of landscaping services, reviews and compares bids on landscape related services. Contact Tom Simon at 832-754-5124 for more information.

  • Budget/Finance Committee—Financial planning and development of an annual operating budget with the Board and/or Developer, set long-range financial goals and funding strategies to achieve them. All financial goals and proposals are presented to the Board of Directors and/or Developer for final approval. Contact Richard Wu 417-229-3420, Wally Kowitz 701-509-6734 or Tom Simon 832-754-5124 for more information.

  • Amenities Committee—Insure the proper use, care, and upkeep of the Copper Leaf Subdivision pool and environs. Monitor pool furniture, signage and surrounding areas for maintenance, trash storage and collection. Note that pool lighting is maintained and repaired as required by notifying the Management Company of maintenance issues. Inspect and ensure pool safety equipment is available and in usable condition. Contact Michelle Simon at 832-754-5027 for more information.
